BRING YOUR OWN FOOD OPTION
For groups on extended stays at Raven’s Nest Nature Sanctuary reservations must be made far in advance to ensure availability. We are very flexible regarding your Meal Plan Preference as we understand that there are budget constraints. Thus, we offer groups the alternative to opt-out of our Meal Plan and instead, bring your own prepared food and beverages.
You will have access to 2 large refrigerators with freezers located inside our Sky Islands Discovery Center. We will provide delicious well water so you don’t have to bring any bottled water. We will also provide all the dishes, cutlery, serving trays, glasses, etc, so you don’t have to bring your own. Given our Environmental Policy we do not allow the use of any disposable dishes or utensils. Your group will be responsible for washing dishes after your meals. A Facilities Fee per-person/per-day will be charges for the use of all our facilities.
We recommend that you bring simple foods to make simple meals for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. You will also have access to several Coffee Makers, Hot water dispenser, Toaster, and a small 2 burner electrical stove.
Additionally, we will also provide Coolers to ALWAYS safeguard the food that doesn’t require refrigeration, but which needs to stay out of reach of the curious wildlife.
FACILITIES FEE: $75 per person per day
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD IS EVER ALLOWED INSIDE JAGUAR & OCELOT SAFARI CAMPS TO AVOID THE SCENTS THAT WILL ATTRACT WILDLIFE!
